Our clients, our people, are often changing roles and positions, moving to different companies or even different industries. Maybe they no longer need us in their new role. And the hole they left will be filled by someone that we may not have a relationship with. We hope they leave a note, a recommendation, and we hope their successor gives us a shot to continue our work.
