Matching values to culture is an essential part of a strong agency. In the early 2010s, it was very trendy for agencies to have kombucha on tap, bean bags in the conference room, and a ping pong table in the kitchen. Those things were just illusions of culture. Culture is treating your people well, developing talent, and growing your business through individual achievement not profit hunting. If you do those things well, the rest will follow.
